This book works well for “Wiz” selections although the range is a bit high on several of the tunes. Be aware that most karaoke versions of these songs are pitched a fifth lower than written.
I have a JB humbucker in the bridge of my Stratocaster (standard spaced) and I’m swapping it out…?
I want to install a DiMarzio DP100 (Super Distortion) but the one I ordered is F-spaced this time so, assuming the DiMarzio fits in the same route as the standard 1978 FENDER TELECASTER CUSTOM VINTAGE CUSTOM TELECASTER spaced Seymour Duncan JB was in, will I need a new pickguard and pickup ring to do this or will the Super Distortion fit? I have approximately 2mm of gap on either side of the JB right now (between the pickup ring and the edge of the pickup itself) but looking at the middle and neck pickups (stock 1978 Fender single coils) it looks like they’re significantly wider…is this just an optical illusion due to the pickup ring at the bridge? I’d just like to know what I’m getting into here when I make the swap. Thanks guys
